CHILDREN POLICY

Children under 4 years stay free of charge when sharing with 2 full paying adults. Maximum 2 children free of charge Children of 5-12years pay the mount indicated in our rates when sharing with full paying adults. Children from 13years, the full adult rate applies. Rates include all applicable taxes.

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All bookings must be in writing and confirmation will be sent by email. Rates are given in US dollars and are inclusive of all government taxes but may be subject to change if required. For tour operators, full payment must be made at least 2 weeks in advance of arrival. Preferred method is bank deposit. Under certain circumstances, payment can be made in cash on arrival but this must be agreed with management in advance. Please ensure that company name and booking reference are included on any bank deposits to allow us to identify your payment correctly. For direct bookings by individuals, a deposit may be requested to secure the booking. Bank account details are INCLUDED ON OUR INVOICES Kinldy note that all USD notes must be not older than 2009, clean and unmarked. CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note cancellation includes reduced number of days booked, number of rooms and number of clients. The following cancellation policy applies, at the consideration of Chimpanzee Forest Lodge management. For bookings of not more than 2 rooms:
180 – 90 days prior to arrival: 15% cancellation fee
89- 30 days prior to arrival: 30% cancellation fee
29-14 days prior to arrival: 50% cancellation fee
Less than 14 days prior to arrival: 100% cancellation fee
For bookings of 3 rooms or more:
180 – 90 days prior to arrival: 25% cancellation fee
89- 30 days prior to arrival: 50% cancellation fee
Less than 30 days prior to arrival: 100% cancellation fee
BLOCK BOOKING REQUESTS
Block booking requests will only be granted after consideration by management and are subject to the following conditions: At a minimum, monthly updates on booking status shall be provided by the tour company. If a confirmed booking request is received by Chimpanzee Forest Lodge, we may contact the
tour company with the block booking to determine if the rooms should be released. We deserve the right to release blocked rooms at any time and unconfirmed rooms will be held no later than 3 months prior to the check in date unless agreed by management.
TOUR LEADERS
Tour leaders on single occupancy pays standard rate of $30usd per night for all meal plans. However, this offer is limited to one tour leader per group and the tour leader. The other tour leader pays full amount as clients.

DRIVERS/GUIDES
Driver/guide accommodation is provided, subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. This is provided at 20,000ugx per day for full board and is entitled to have meals same as those of clients and has a right to seat with their clients on the same dinning table.
